KAMPALA, Uganda|SHIFTMEDIA| As he plans for a massive entry into politics come 2021, the former NTV News anchor and People Power Spokesman, Joel Ssenyonyi has secretly wed.

Ugandans woke up with shock when he posted a picture of his newlywed wife.

Ssenyonyi, aged 33 is the firstborn to Joseph Besekezi Ssenyonyi and Dorothy Nankunda Senyonyi. He is a Muruuli by tribe and he grew up in Kyengera, a Kampala City suburb.

MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s spokesperson has for many years survived cold nights and ‘bonking behind the scenes’ but has decided to officials his bonking marathons by tying the knot with his longtime lover.

Our Moles intimate that Ssenyonyi and his to be identified wife were united in Holy Matrimony during a Scientific wedding that was held on Saturday morning and attended by a few of their close friends and relatives.

Shortly after the wedding, Ssenyonyi posted a picture of his with his lovely wife, which he accompanied with the caption; ‘Behold, Mr, &  Mrs. Ssenyonyi.

Several of Ssenyonyi’s followers online have since started showering the couple with congratulatory messages, with many of them wishing them a fruitful marriage.

Joel Ssenyonyi is a former NTV news anchor, who quit the job after five years to join the People Power movement as their spokesman.    

So, who is Ssenyonyi?

Joel Ssenyonyi is a 33-year-old Ugandan who has worked in the media for over 13, starting as a humble UBC IN 2006.

during an earlier interview, Ssenyonyi has always desired a God-fearing wife and one who is a friend for that reason.

“I want to marry someone who is my friend because when you fight with a friend, it’s different because you know at the end of it all you are still buddies,” he said.

“I want somebody who will understand the things I’m involved in because politics is tough. You need somebody who will understand that you will be away for days, sometimes you might even get arrested,” he said when interviewed by the Observer last year.
