KABERAMAIDO, Uganda|SHIFTMEDIA| Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential contender Patrick Amuriat Oboi has assured the people of Teso that once he sets foot in State House, the region will be restocked with cattle.
POA, as he is commonly known launched his campaigns in Soroti his ancestral home on Monday. On Wednesday, the tough-talking challenger who has vowed to campaign barefooted for 60 days in protest against security operatives confiscating his shoes was Cris-crossing villages in Kaberamaido and Kalaki.
Earlier, the Engineer held rallies in deep remote villages in Kapelebyong, Katakwi and Amuria. As he traversed the villages, POA was received gifts from supporters that included goats, hens, cows and food stuffs.
He is set to launch his manifesto in the oil City of Hoima later this week.
