Uganda’s Cancer Crisis: Activists Call for Prevention Over Costly Treatment

MOROTO, Uganda|SHIFTMEDIA| President Yoweri Museveni has winded his campaigns in Acholi sub region and now heads to Karamoja today.
According to a State House schedule, Museveni starts his campaigns in Mororo before heading to Kotido tomorrow (Thursday).
Museveni who campaigned in Acholi sub-region for two days warned politicians against spreading gospel of hate and tribalism while campaigning.
Henry Tumukunde, an Independent candidate, will be in Bundibugyo and Ntoroko, while Patrick Amuriat of Forum for Democratic Change is expected to be in Omoro, Gulu district and Gulu city today.

National Unity Platform president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu was in Butalejja, Tororo and Busia yesterday where he addressed mammoth crowds amidst tear gas.
Kyagulanyi will today hold rallies in Buyende, Kamuli and Luuka.
John Katumba, an Independent, heads to Kween, Bukwo and Kapchorwa, while Willy Mayambala, also an Independent, is expected to be in Rukungiri, Mbarara and Ntungamo.

Mugisha Muntu of Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) is still in Central. On Tuesday he was in Sembabule. He heads to Mpigi, Gomba and Butambala today.
Democratic Party candidate Norbert Mao is resting today, while Joseph Kabuleta is set to be in Kalaki and Serere, while Nancy Kalembe in Gulu, Pader and Agago.
